Among its various projects and activities, through the hospital and outreach programme, quality eye health care services are provided to underserved populations of Bihar and adjacent states.
These services are provided through a trained outreach team, qualified outpatient department staff, experienced surgeons and established vision centres. The aim is to bring quality eye care closer to communities that need it most.

During annual floods in North Bihar, the Trust supports affected communities with food, medicines, clothing and eye care.
These social and humanitarian activities are carried out through the resources available to Lions of Patna Service Trust and Sri Sai Lions Netralaya.
